HM King Mohammed VI received on Thursday  (17/01/19) at Rabat Royal Palace, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-president of the European Commission Federica Mogherini, who is on a working visit as part of reinforcing the strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Morocco and the European Union.
